Service Description

Seed Coffee Co. is not available to rent for showers, graduation celebrations, or birthday parties at this time. Seed is available to rent for events that engage the greater Knoxville community. This type of event includes (but is not limited to) workshops, college campus and church events. If you feel as though your event fits this category, find more info on space rental below! Space rental is $150 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour. A complimentary 30 minute set up and 30 min clean up time is included with your reservation. A nonrefundable $150 deposit is required to hold your desired date and will be applied to your total bill. After you submit the booking request, you will receive one email when your reservation is confirmed and one with a payment link. Your reservation is not complete until the $150 deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due at time of your event. The entire space (capacity 50 inside) is included and is only available to rent after business hours. When booking, share what your event is and put your desired amount of rental time in the "Duration of Event" section so we know how long to expect you for! If you want the espresso bar open during your event, select "Barista" in the Assigned Staff section. If you only want to use our space but you do not want the option to purchase drinks, select "No barista needed". Email andi@seedcoffee.co with any questions. We look forward to hearing from you!


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact andi@seedcoffee.co at least 24 hours in advance. $150 deposit fee is non-refundable, but can transfer to an approved reschedule date.
