Where should I park?
We have free parking located on the back side the building. Take Seaman Street and turn left onto Vaneventer Avenue to find our parking lot. Some spots are reserved for other residents of the building so please do not park in one of those designated parking spots.
If our parking lot is full you are welcome to park on the surrounding streets, just be sure not to block driveways, park in front of houses, or on the grass. We want to make sure we are taking good care of our neighbors!
Are there gluten-free or vegan options on the menu?
Other than our cheese bagel flavors, all of our sourdough bagels are vegan and we provide 2 peanut butter spread options.
We offer a GF blueberry bagel (cheese based) and Bob's Red Mill GF + vegan oatmeal cups.
Can I rent the space for a private event?
Our conference room is available to reserve for free during business hours—just be sure to book early, as it's first come, first serve. Online reservations are available to be made up to 2 days before your desired reservation date.

Do you have indoor and outdoor seating?
Yes! We have a variety of cozy seating options inside, plus outdoor tables and chairs so you can enjoy your coffee in the fresh air. Whether you're here to work, meet a friend, or just relax, there's a spot for you.
Are you pet-friendly?
Yes! We love pets. We even keep dog treats on hand! Your furry friends are always welcome here in our outdoor seating areas. We do not allow pets to come inside.
Do you offer online ordering or delivery for food/drinks?
We do not offer online ordering or delivery. We value the "slow coffee" culture and want to see your face and chat with you when you come in!
Where can I purchase coffee beans & other Seed merch?
You can purchase our fair trade, organic, whole bean coffee and stock up on our latest Seed merch at our shop on Sutherland Avenue. We currently do not offer online sales.
